Follow these simple steps to stay mentally healthy:

1.    Connect with others: Network and maintain good connections with people who support you.

2.    Have fun! Plan something fun: Set aside sometime each day to enjoy the things you enjoy doing. It's rare to be confused, so have a good laugh – laughter can recharge your batteries.

3.    Take care of yourself: It's easier to feel happy when you're in good shape. keep working out. Enjoy a delicious breakfast. Drink plenty of water, eat healthy snacks, and eat a balanced diet. Physical and mental health are closely linked. Be kind to your body.

4.    Rest: Sleep helps restore your mind and body. Aim for at least 7 hours of sleep. Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day. Turn off your phone and computer an hour before bedtime. Take a moment to relax and calm down. If you have trouble falling asleep, lie in bed for half an hour and then get up to go to another room, or sit in a chair and watch a book or TV for half an hour (don't look at your computer or phone, as blue light will keep you awake), Then try going back to bed for half an hour.

5.    Cope with stress: Pay attention to what is stressing you, which part of your body feels the stress, and how you respond to it. This will help you better manage stress. Learn to express your anger when it's not big, rather than letting it build up. Relaxed breathing, yoga, or meditation can all help.

6.    Think about today: Rather than living in the present, we often think about the past or plan for the future. Focus on living in the "now". When outdoors, pay attention to the sun on your face or the wind blowing your face, or feel your feet on the sidewalk. Indoors, feel your body on a chair or your feet on the floor. Consciously perceive the world around you in the present moment. This is important for your mental health.

7.    Give back: Volunteer for a cause or an issue you care about. Help a colleague, neighbor, or friend. Find ways to contribute that can help you develop a good sense of yourself and you're worth in the world.

8.    Challenge yourself: Learn a new skill or set a difficult goal. Try new things, work on your fitness goals or healthy eating goals, learn to cook some new dishes, or learn a new computer skill. Learning improves mental health.

9.    Drink less alcohol and avoid any drugs: People sometimes abuse alcohol and other drugs to feel better, but alcohol and other drugs only make the problem worse.
